Medicare LIS/dual eligible

  • AURYXIA is on formulary at all major Medicare Part D Plans
  • All Medicare full Low-Income Subsidy (LIS)/dual-eligible patients pay no more than $10.00 per fill of AURYXIA

  • AURYXIA is on formulary at all major Medicare Part D Plans
    • Free AURYXIA may be provided to Medicare Part D patients who can’t afford their copays

Uninsured Patients

  • Free AURYXIA may be provided to uninsured patients with an income that falls between 150% and 400% of FPL
